Pada 2 Oktober 2011, TNPOD8581 Selatan telah mengadakan Seminar Induksi SM/SSM bagi membantu usahawan-usahawan Hai-O meningkatkan lagi mutu dan prestasi perniagaan di samping memberi kata-kata semangat dan motivasi. S-CDM Hj Jamsari bin Moktar dan S-CDM Hjh Safiah bt Yusop telah di beri undangan khas namun atas sebab-sebab yang tidak dapat di elakkan, kehadiran mereka telah di ganti oleh S-CDM Mohd Azmir Abdul Aziz dan S-CDM Suhailah Bt Yosop
Pelbagai informasi telah di kongsi bersama oleh para CDM bagi membantu kami. Terima kasih di ucapkan kepada mereka.

Ingat tak masa kita kecik-kecik dulu perkataan yang kita belajar dulu apa? Ibu bapa kita masa sibuk menatih kita, selalu je ajar kita sebut tiga perkataan keramat ni. Macam penting je…. Dah la masa tadika kita puas dah nyanyi sebut perkataan ni pastu kat rumah ibu bapa kita plak sibuk-sibuk suruh kita ingat betul-betul perkataan tersebut. Boleh mereng camni.
Ada bijak pandai berkongsi dengan saya yang kejayaan itu adalah semudah ABC. Kalau kita paham betul-betul konsep ABC kita boleh berjaya dalam melakukan apa sahaja dalam hidup. Setuju tak? Nampak macam tak logik kan? Tau sebut ABC, tahu baca ABC dan ingat tiga perkataan keramat ni boleh berjaya dalam hidup. Macam mana tu?
Jom kita pahami maksud tersirat di sebalik perkataan keramat ABC.
Do you remember as a child how excited you got when you received a new toy as a birthday’s present? Some of you ripped open the box the quickest way possible, played with the toy like nobody business and when you bored, you just put it away and hate to see it again . Others read the instruction behind the box first, carefully opened the box and try as careful as possible not to ‘hurt’ the box, play with the toy nicely and you keep your toy in the safest place so nobody can touch your precious toy . Remember when your nasty little brother suddenly grabbed your toy away from you and he immediately claimed that it is his toy. What would you do? Well, some of you will cry and others will just let their toy being confiscated by others and play with other toys like nothing happened. Does one of these characters sound like you?
Are you the Popular Sanguine (The Playful Master) who played with your toy excitedly and easily get bored?
Or, the Perfect Melancholy (D’Thinker) who read the instructions first, analyze the toy before you can even play with it?
Or the Powerful Choleric (The Action Figure) who love taking other people toy and take control whenever you feel you can or you want to?
Or the Peaceful Phlegmatic (The Pacifier) who rather stay away from trouble and try to live a simple non-troublesome life?
